Greenham common: The Trust
The Greenham Common Trust works in close partnership with the local community to provide benefits for North Hampshire and West Berkshire by providing financial support for charities and social projects.
The Trust has become one of the most important sources of charitable funding in Newbury and the surrounding areas. Since its establishment in 1997 Greenham Common Trust has invested several million pounds and distributed in excess of £8.5 million to organisations and projects in the North Hampshire and West Berkshire area, through its programme of annual awards.
The Trust spent around £770,000 restoring Greenham Common.
